National Sales Manager

Plan, direct, or coordinate the movement of Italian manufactured kitchen and bath cabinetry from Italy to our warehouse in Florida. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. Determine price schedules and discount rates. Establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers. This position involves direct customer sales and sales to the trade,

  

including architects, builders and designers; selection of hardware for both small and large residential and commercial projects, preparation of estimates, online sourcing, and interaction with vendors and suppliers. Travel to Italy approximately 4 times per year from MIA or FLL airports in order to consult with manufacturers there regarding specific changes to their products for the American market. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing plus two years of experience as a sales representative or manager in kitchen cabinetry. In the alternative, we will accept an applicant with a high school diploma with four years of experience in the job offered. Applicant must have a solid knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling imported kitchen, bath, and closet cabinetry as evidenced by two or more years of experience. A strong sense of kitchen and bath design is required as well as good knowledge of finishes and fixtures. Job requires 40 hours per week. Salary is $75,000 per year. Job is located in Lauderhill, FL.
